Pricing at launch

Simple pricing, no surprises

Whitewater is in early access, so the numbers below are the pricing that takes effect at launch, published in full and up front, so you can plan around them today. Join now and your team runs on the whole platform free for up to five users. When paid plans go live, founding-member pricing is locked in at the tier you started on, and every plan is cancel-anytime with no lock-in.

Plans

Three plans, one price per user

One simple price per user per month, billed monthly or annually. Start on the tier that fits the team you have today and move up only when you genuinely outgrow it, never because a sales rep pushed you there.

Where it fits

More than a meeting tool, less than an enterprise platform

Ninety.io is a solid meeting tool. Asana and Monday are solid project tools. Whitewater goes further than either, connecting your strategy to your daily execution in one closed loop, without the weight or the price of an enterprise platform. Here is how the capabilities line up, using the same honest labels for everyone.

An honest read of the table: if all you want is a better weekly meeting, a dedicated meeting tool will do it, and if all you want is task tracking, a project app will do it well. Whitewater is built for the founder who is tired of paying for both, gluing them together with spreadsheets and exports, and still walking into Monday without one trustworthy picture of the business. Everything here shares a single source of truth, so the numbers in your scorecard, the priorities in your plan, and the tasks in your projects are the same numbers, priorities, and tasks your weekly meeting runs on. Pricing questions

The fine print, in plain language

The three questions founders ask about paying for Whitewater. The rest live in the full FAQ.

What happens to my price when paid plans launch?

Early-access teams keep locked-in founding-member pricing when paid plans launch, at the tier you signed up on, for as long as you keep the plan. While early access runs, the full platform is free for up to five users, so you are building your real operating rhythm and getting your team onto the weekly cadence at no cost while we build toward general availability. When the paid tiers go live, the price you locked in is the price you keep. We would rather earn the upgrade by being worth it than surprise you with a bill, so there are no automatic price hikes hidden in the fine print.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Every plan is cancel-anytime, with no lock-in, no long-term contract, and no penalty for leaving. You are billed for the period you are in and nothing after it. If you decide Whitewater is not for you, you can export your operating data on request, and once you close your account it is permanently deleted within 90 days. We never want a team staying because leaving is painful; we want you staying because the weekly loop is working.

Can you help us migrate from Ninety, Bloom, or spreadsheets?

Yes, and it is included in early access. Onboarding is hands-on: we help you import your vision plan, quarterly priorities, live scorecard, and accountability chart from Ninety.io, Bloom Growth, or the spreadsheets you run today, so you start on your real operating data instead of an empty workspace staring back at you. Most teams are running their first real pulse meeting on Whitewater inside the first week, on their own numbers, which tends to answer more questions than any demo. If your setup is unusual, tell us what you run today and we will map it before you commit.
